From Tech enthusiast to Salesforce sonsultant: My Journey
In this post, Spencer shares his personal career path—starting from his early interest in technology and how it led him to a successful consulting career with Salesforce.
How it all started
From a young age, I was always fascinated by technology. Growing up in New York, then moving across the country to California and Florida before returning at age 10, I found myself surrounded by diverse cultures, ideas, and innovations. This sparked my curiosity and drove me to explore how technology could solve real-world problems.
I started my career as a software developer, but I quickly realized that I wanted to work more closely with businesses—helping them implement technology in ways that improved efficiency and created value. This is when I discovered Salesforce. I was captivated by the platform’s ability to centralize customer data, streamline processes, and transform business operations.
Today
My journey into Salesforce consulting began with a deep dive into learning the platform, earning certifications, and applying my knowledge to small projects. The more I worked with Salesforce, the more I saw its potential to revolutionize how businesses function. Eventually, I transitioned into full-time consulting, helping companies of all sizes implement Salesforce solutions tailored to their unique needs.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is witnessing the impact of my work. Seeing businesses improve their workflows, grow their customer relationships, and increase their revenue through the systems I help them build is incredibly fulfilling. I believe that technology, when used thoughtfully, can create opportunities and transform industries—and that’s what drives me every day.
